Sharp UK is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join the senior leadership team in the UK. You will lead the finance function, work with the CFO and business leaders to drive profitability, optimise performance, and transform finance operations.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with senior leadership experience in complex or multinational environments. Strong commercial acumen and ERP experience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team.
• Oversee management accounts, GL, payroll, and reporting.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
• Drive finance transformation, ERP optimisation and data governance.
