Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• MBA, CMA and/or CPA qualification preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant business and finance experience; pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading teams and partnering with senior business and functional leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own the financial leadership of strategic plan, business plan and quarterly processes.
• Translate strategy into financial choices, lead planning and performance, optimise working capital.
• Lead governance, compliance and risk management for the UK & Ireland.
• Provide strategic partnership to senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Coach and develop finance talent across UK & Ireland and EMEA.
