Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Finance Director for a full-time, permanent role working 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will lead financial control, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and statutory reporting, while developing the finance team and supporting acquisitions.

The role offers a salary around £120,000 with car allowance, private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.
• Experience leading a senior finance team.
• Strong financial acumen, with ability to report to the senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Full financial control of the business including budgeting, planning and forecasting.
• Producing financial accounts and overseeing statutory reporting.
• Leadership of the senior Finance members, developing and coaching them, performing 121s and appraisals.
• Continuous improvement of the financial team and department including systems and processes.
• Support business acquisitions and investments.
• Work with the senior leadership team to enhance revenue and growth.
