Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Strategic Finance Director will lead the function responsible for the Bank’s business planning, external reporting to government, and long-term financial frameworks. You will manage financial relationships with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and HM Treasury (HMT) and take the lead on spending reviews, estimates submissions, and financial response to ministerial decisions, analysing information to understand the financial implications for the Bank.
You will also have responsibility for developing and delivering the annual business planning process and the Bank’s Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP), providing financial insights that inform and influence Board and Executive Committee decisions.
