Edinburgh Leisure invites applications for an Executive Director of Finance and Digital to shape and drive the organisation's finance and digital strategy. The post oversees financial reporting, budgeting and organisational governance while guiding transformational IT and data security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Executive-level financial leadership in a not-for-profit environment.
• Proven track record leading finance and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder management.
• Professional accountancy qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the strategy for finance, financial reporting and budget, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness; oversee organisation-wide implementation.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the digital transformation strategy (software and hardware), ensuring system optimisation, security and compliance.
• Provide financial direction and leadership to the organisation, including advising the SLT and presenting to the Board on financial performance.
• Fulfil Company Secretarial responsibilities and lead on risk oversight with committees.
• Collaborate with ELT to build a sustainable business model aligned with five-year plan.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and organisational values.
