Saxon Weald is seeking a qualified Financial Planning Analyst to influence strategic and investment decisions. The role involves building financial models, analysing data, and supporting long-term financial sustainability from our Horsham base.

You will work with the Financial Planning & Treasury Manager on dashboards, reporting, and governance, with hybrid working options and a strong focus on value-for-money and performance insight.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Experience in business planning, investment appraisal and scenario modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Produce clear financial, operational and asset performance analysis to support decisions.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis for business planning and investment.
• Support development of long-term business plan.
• Analyse housing stock performance to inform investment decisions.
• Support transformation projects and major investment appraisals.
• Provide benchmarking and value-for-money insights for improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for accurate data access.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, controls and audit trails.
