Job summary

You will work closely with the Finance Business Partner to develop robust budgeting, costings, and PbR/Agenda for Change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Business Partners in preparing consolidated monthly performance reports, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Maintain strong financial controls across the specialty in line with Trust policies and SFI/SO compliance.
• Provide budgeting, costing, and pricing guidance for SLAs and service lines; support PbR/AfC initiatives.
• Line-manage the financial analyst, providing coaching, development, and performance oversight.
• Contribute to annual budget setting and financial planning for the division; support ad-hoc projects and business cases.
