Job summary

Tekever in Swindon seeks an FM & Property Services manager for strategic leadership and day-to-day operation of Tekever’s UK estate, ensuring safety, compliance, sustainability, and value for money to support operational and community goals.

You will lead hard and soft FM services, manage onsite teams, align with H&S, Technical Services and Compliance, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders while delivering a customer-focused, efficient facilities operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of hard and soft FM services.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of facilities and property services.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, permits to work, RAMS and statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop a FM Helpdesk and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Develop budgets and manage procurement and contracts.
