Job summary

TEKEVER in the UK is seeking a FM & Property Services Manager to lead strategic and operational management of Tekever’s growing UK estate, including our Swindon facility. You will ensure buildings, land and infrastructure are safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for purpose, delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused facilities services.

Reporting to the Head of Estates & Infrastructure, you will line manage onsite project managers and helpdesk teams, drive budgets, procurement, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering successfully in a similar role
• Health and safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH)
• IWFM membership or equivalent
• Background in engineering or hard/soft FM environment

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development of hard and soft FM services
• Oversee day-to-day operation of facilities and property services
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, permits to work and RAMS
• Lead FM Helpdesk to meet service standards
• Manage budgets and procurement processes
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership
