Santander UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Executive Hiring & Talent Intelligence to lead end-to-end senior hiring, executive market mapping and governance within the Talent CoE – Strategic Talent in Milton Keynes. The role partners with ExCo and senior leaders to shape leadership capability and succession planning.

You will own recruitment strategy, governance and onboarding approaches, leveraging accreditation in executive assessment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning executive recruitment strategy and end-to-end senior hiring.
• Experience integrating executive market intelligence with succession planning and leadership assessment.
• Experience advising ExCo and senior leaders using evidence to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience designing executive selection and onboarding with governance and continuous improvement.

• Own executive recruitment strategy, operating models and end-to-end senior hiring, including direct sourcing and partner management.
• Integrate executive market intelligence and talent mapping with succession planning and leadership assessment.
• Advise ExCo and senior leaders using evidence to influence hiring and talent decisions.
• Design and deliver structured interviews and assessments with governance and continuous improvement.
