Job summary
Santander UK is seeking a Senior Manager - Executive Hiring & Talent Intelligence in Milton Keynes. You will own UK ExCo-1 hiring, shape leadership capability and connect market insight with succession and development needs. The role spans strategy, sourcing partnerships and onboarding governance.
Hybrid site-based role with clear governance, 30-60-90 day onboarding, and strong focus on diversity, inclusion and preparedness for leadership readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience owning executive recruitment strategy, operating models and end-to-end senior hiring.
- Experience integrating executive market intelligence with succession planning and leadership assessment.
- Experience advising ExCo members and senior leaders with evidence-driven decisions.
- Experience designing and delivering executive selection and onboarding with governance.
Responsibilities
- Own UK executive recruitment: strategy and operating model for ExCo-1 roles.
- Lead sourcing and search partnerships; manage suppliers and performance.
- Shape future-focused selection with bias-mitigated assessments.
- Own onboarding and integration: 30-60-90 day plan and first-year measures.
- Connect talent intelligence with succession and readiness needs.
- Build preparedness ahead of demand via market maps and relationships.
- Balance an adaptable portfolio across live hiring, intelligence and succession.
