Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director in delivering efficient and professional services.
  • Manage development of stakeholder documents and prepare briefing materials.
  • Co-ordinate planning against milestones and resource requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve customer service.
  • Act as the point of contact for business and change management issues.
  • Lead regional business planning and periodic reviews.
  • Manage arrangements for functions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Plan and deliver national presentations and briefings.
