Job summary

FairPlay Sports Media is recruiting an Executive Assistant to the Group CEO for a maternity-cover period. You will manage the CEO's calendar, travel, expenses, and internal/external communications with high autonomy and a focus on AI-enabled productivity tools.

You will drive operational rhythm, coordinate exec check-ins, plan off-sites, and oversee a streamlined approvals and presentation workflow in a fast-paced global media environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a C-Suite EA in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing complex calendars, travel and expense coordination.
• Strong gatekeeping, stakeholder management and confidential communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group CEO's complex schedule and prioritise meetings and travel.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and ensure timely updates.
• Plan quarterly Exec Off-Sites including travel, accommodation and agendas.
• Utilise AI productivity tools to streamline executive workflows and document prep.
• Prepare briefing materials and ensure meetings are well-organised with attendees confirmed.
