Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategy execution, planning and transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Prior banking/financial services background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-period strategic planning cycle aligned with Finance and Risk.
• Track progress of strategic initiatives and manage slippage and dependencies.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards and dashboards for executive reporting.
• Act as the primary contact between Strategy & Planning and business units.
• Coordinate strategy reviews, workshops and advisory engagements.
• Monitor alignment of plans with delivery and escalate risks.
