Job summary

FirstBank UK is seeking a Strategic Planning & Execution Analyst to drive the enterprise planning cycle, performance management framework and to lead business engagement on behalf of Strategy & Planning. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

You will coordinate strategic planning, governance and executive reporting, maintain KPIs and dashboards, and partner with Finance, Risk, Technology and Operations to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives and strong

Qualifications

• Strong, relevant experience in strategy execution, planning, portfolio management or transformation.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management/engagement skills.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Previous experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Prior experience in strategy execution or transformation within a banking or consulting environment preferred.
• Previous experience working with C-Suite level is preferred.
• Previous experience working with or knowledge of Emerging Markets is desirable, however not essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Support the execution and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's multi-period strategic planning cycle, integrated with Finance and Risk.
• Business Engagement and Partnering: Coordinate engagement mechanisms and maintain dialogue with stakeholders to align planning activity with business realities.
• Execution Monitoring and Risk Management: Track risks, issues and dependencies and support mitigation.
• Governance and Executive Reporting: Prepare executive reports, minutes and tracking for governance forums.
• Special Projects and Event Management: Manage strategic projects and support major Bank-hosted events.
