Job summary

GDS Group, a global B2B events company, is seeking an Event Manager to be the primary contact for partner solution providers across European and North American events.

You will guide clients from pre-summit to post-event, ensuring maximum value from participation, managing 60 senior executive-level events across 12 verticals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Experience working with senior-level executives in client services.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality and/or event management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact between the client and the business, managing expectations.
• End-to-end management of the client journey across Summits, Roundtables, Showcases and Live Dinners.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver required touchpoints and campaigns on time.
• Manage all client communications and post-event follow-up to secure meetings.
