Astrec Solutions Limited in Bakewell, Derbyshire, is seeking an ambitious Estate Manager to join its in-house property team and lead a diverse portfolio across commercial, rural and residential assets. You will shape strategy, contribute to growth, and work with senior leadership to deliver development and energy projects.

The role combines hands-on management with asset strategy, offering ownership and significant responsibility within a growing family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Qualified surveyor with estate or property management experience.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to take ownership.
• Desires to move into a diverse client-side business with strategic impact.
• Experience across rural, agricultural or mixed property portfolios is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a significant and diverse property portfolio.
• Help shape the Group’s strategy for expanding rural and agricultural holdings.
• Support the re-establishment of the farming business.
• Become involved in development, renewable energy, natural capital and hospitality projects.
• Develop responsibilities as the business and portfolio grow.
