• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, PLM, MES, CRM and supply chain platforms.
• Commercial awareness with business development experience.
• Governance, risk management and transformation value realisation.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Experience building multidisciplinary, distributed teams.
• Industry exposure across automotive, aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to executives on transformation priorities.
• Define transformation vision, strategy, roadmaps and investment cases.
• Coordinate large transformation programmes across functions.
• Support business development, bid activity and client relationships.
• Maintain governance, risk oversight and visibility of value.
• Guide transformation involving SAP, PLM, MES, CRM and SCM.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Mentor transformation, programme and technology staff.
• Build relationships with vendors, SI partners and delivery teams.
• Communicate progress, decisions, risks and outcomes clearly.
