Job summary

Thought Machine, a London-based fintech, is seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to report to the CTO Office and partner with Engineering leadership to drive high-stakes initiatives.

You will own engineering operations, architect dashboards, and guide executive engagements while navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives and a chance to shape scalable engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Optimise Engineering Operations: improve core workflows to boost efficiency, agility and cross‑department impact.
• Execute Strategic Initiatives: lead ideation, planning, alignment, and delivery of priority programs.
• Architect Operational Insights: design dashboards and metrics to monitor productivity and health.
• Support Executive Reporting: partner with CTO and Chief of Staff to streamline reporting.
• Facilitate Executives & Client Engagements: prepare briefings and materials for meetings.
• Act as an Organizational Connector: improve communication and remove bottlenecks.
• Serve as a Tactical Multiplier: fill gaps and unblock progress as needed.
