Job summary

Naija UK Connect supports the Ministry of Justice in recruiting a Strategic Engagement Manager for the Office of the Public Guardian. The role drives stakeholder engagement across England and Wales, contributing to a major transformation programme and shaping engagement across business and customer transformations.

You will build senior relationships, advise leaders strategically, and help deliver engagement strategies and events, with visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish, build and maintain constructive working relationships with diverse, sometimes challenging, senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in delivering tailored briefing materials.
• Knowledge of stakeholder engagement principles and delivery of engagement strategies to achieve objectives.
• Strong team player with collaborative approach on projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with OPG's external stakeholders at senior levels.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on high-profile issues.
• Support engagement strategies for business and customer transformation programmes.
• Coordinate routine engagement activities and develop high-quality briefings and materials.
• Support planning and delivery of engaging events such as webinars to promote understanding of OPG's initiatives.
