Job summary

Central East ICB is seeking an Engagement Manager to coordinate and deliver engagement activities supporting strategic priorities. You will design and facilitate workshops, surveys, and consultations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and ensure inclusive, person-centred care and system transformation.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide leadership, manage data-driven updates, and ensure delivery of services in line with priorities.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in communications and engagement.
• Knowledge of or experience in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan co-ordinate and deliver engagement projects and consultations, ensuring robust planning, clear objectives, and compliance with organisational priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and events to gather stakeholder input, using inclusive approaches to capture diverse views and build consensus.
• Analyse feedback and produce reports to inform decision-making, presenting insights clearly for senior leaders and programme teams.
• Support compliance with statutory engagement requirements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with community and patient groups, acting as a trusted point of contact and promoting meaningful involvement in service design.
