Job summary

Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is recruiting an ambitious Employer Engagement Manager for the Advanced Manufacturing Technical Excellence College (AMTEC) in Stafford. You will lead employer engagement across education and industry, shaping partnerships that widen learner opportunities and help employers access skilled graduates.

Working with the Vice Principal and AMTEC team, you will connect employers with curricula, design learner experiences, and develop progression pathways

Qualifications

• Significant experience creating and managing employer/partner relationships.
• Experience in employer engagement, business development, or account management.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and external partners.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers across the advanced manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Identify and secure new employer partnerships that support AMTEC's objectives.
• Work with employers to understand workforce requirements and skills needs.
• Facilitate employer involvement in curriculum co-design and education development.
• Develop opportunities for learners including placements, internships, apprenticeships and projects.
