De Montfort University is seeking an Employer Engagement Manager who will report to the Student Employment Manager and lead the Employer Engagement Team to foster strong relationships with employers. The role focuses on developing partnerships to improve graduate outcomes for DMU students.

The successful candidate will manage a small, dynamic team, engage with employer partners, and identify new opportunities to deliver positive outcomes as part of the Employer Engagement strategy.

• Experience leading a high-performing team, ideally in a careers or relationship-management context.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality employment opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently with others.

Responsabilités

• Reports to the Student Employment Manager and leads the Employer Engagement Team.
• Develops and maintains relationships with employers to enhance graduate outcomes for DMU students.
• Leads and manages a team in managing relationships with employer partners and develops new relationships to deliver positive outcomes.
