Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced events professional to join the SRI Events team in the EMEA region. You will design and execute strategic events that strengthen client relationships and advance business growth.

The role covers end-to-end planning, venue selection, RSVP management, budgets, and on-site coordination with venues and vendors, with travel about 25% and early/late hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in marketing and events.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
• Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, integrity, and judgment.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful.
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to communicate clearly across stakeholders.
• Willingness to work early mornings and late evenings; travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SRI events to engage targeted clients and prospects.
• Lead invitation, RSVP processes, and attendee communications.
• Manage RSVP data from CRMs and portals, ensuring accuracy.
• Create project plans, budgets, and invoices to support events.
• Coordinate host/speaker briefings and event communications.
• Oversee production elements: venue, catering, A/V, materials.
• Coordinate with venues, on-site staff, and vendors for attendee experience.
• Draft post-event debriefs and consolidate learnings.
• Analyze ROI and engagement with marketing teams for improvement.
• Maintain accurate event reporting and audit records.
