Job summary

Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a procurement specialist to manage raw materials and assemblies for on‑time production in a regulated environment. You will coordinate with engineering, planning, sales, and manufacturing to secure cost‑effective delivery while supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.

The role requires CIPS Level 5 and strong IT/ERP skills, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• CIPS Level 5 or equivalent in procurement/commercial discipline.
• Experience purchasing electronic/electro-mechanical parts desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly expedite reports to supply chain partners.
• Analyse ERP exception messages and place POs for timely delivery.
• Assemble document packs (drawings, BOMs, Gerber files) for suppliers.
• Manage selected suppliers to control inventories and material flow.
• Develop knowledge of commodities and ERP system.
