Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Efficiency Improvement Manager to work with Care Groups and corporate teams, delivering expert advice, training and support to improve efficiency and achieve financial targets.

The role involves identifying productivity opportunities through benchmarking, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, supporting the PMO and leading improvement projects across Dorset’s NHS facilities.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level / equivalent
• Experience of delivering large scale transformation and/or service redesign to specified outcomes, budgets and timescales
• Experience of working across boundaries, engaging and managing a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience of working within a project team(s) and delegating plans and responsibilities to other team members allocated to perform activities
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Knowledge of the principles of organisational change and continuous improvement

Responsabilités

• Understand and deliver the role in more detail by reading the full job description and person specification documents attached to this advert
• Identify productivity and efficiency opportunities through benchmarking data and financial analysis
• Facilitate operational managers in identifying and implementing operational improvements
• Support development, implementation and recording of the productivity and efficiency programme (including GIRFT) and the Model Hospital
• Work across Bournemouth and Poole and travel to other Dorset sites as required
