Job summary

Learning Academy Partnership is seeking an experienced procurement professional to join its Business Support Team and lead procurement and contract management across our schools, ensuring value for money, compliance and high-quality services.

You will manage projects from planning and specification through to contract award, review contracts for value and efficiency, build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and budget holders, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement and tendering in public sector or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of procurement legislation, governance and reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver procurement projects and tender exercises on time and in line with policies.
• Manage procurement from planning to contract award and implementation.
• Review contracts to improve value for money and service quality.
• Advise and support colleagues and suppliers through the procurement lifecycle.
• Support contract management and supplier performance monitoring.
• Contribute to governance, risk management and continuous improvement.
