Learning Academies Trust is seeking an inspiring Marketing and Communications Lead to shape and deliver a Trust-wide strategy, strengthen reputation, and support the future success of our 18 schools in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

You will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to champion innovation, create compelling content, and drive campaigns that connect with families, communities and future colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of a Trust-wide marketing and communications strategy.
• Strengthen our reputation and support the future success of our schools across Plymouth and surrounding areas.
• Drive pupil recruitment and school visibility through engaging campaigns and content.
• Develop employer branding and staff recruitment messaging to attract top talent.
• Manage reputation and secure positive media presence for the Trust.
