Nottingham City Council is seeking a DSVA/VAWG Strategy and Commissioning Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Council’s approach to Domestic and Sexual Violence and Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls. You will lead on partnership commissioning to improve DSVA/VAWG outcomes for all survivors, communities and perpetrators in our diverse city of Nottingham.

• Specialist DSVA/VAWG gender-informed expertise and experience.
• Ability to lead strategy, policy and outcomes for DSVA/VAWG.
• Experience of survivor-focused commissioning and performance management.
• Experience of developing and delivering funding opportunities for DSVA/VAWG services.
• Experience of line management of an expert team and cross‑agency partnerships.
• Evidence of driving improvements for survivors including holding perpetrators to account.
• Thorough knowledge of DSVA/VAWG legislation and strategy.
