Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the directorate for ALS & Inclusion.
• Oversee EHCP provision and drive inclusive teaching, learning and assessment.
• Line manage and coach heads of department; manage budget and funding.
• Influence adaptive and inclusive approaches across the organisation.
