Job summary

RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director in its Financial Services Regulatory Practice. You will own complex regulatory engagements, shape client strategies, and oversee delivery, quality and profitability while working with Partners and Directors to drive growth.

Frequent travel to London may be required; you will lead engagement teams and contribute to proposals, thought leadership and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive FCA regulatory compliance expertise within UK financial services.
• Significant consultancy or advisory experience with a track record of managing complex regulatory engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial services regulatory engagements from mobilisation to completion with oversight of scope, quality, timing and budget.
• Build trusted relationships with boards and senior stakeholders, providing practical regulatory advice.
• Shape client and account strategies and translate needs into fully costed, compelling proposals.
• Identify and convert market opportunities to support growth of the Regulatory Practice.
• Lead and develop engagement teams with clear direction and timely feedback.
