Job summary

Global Law Firm is seeking a Director to join its rapidly expanding Regulatory Risk Advisory practice, based in London. You will build and scale a market-leading regulatory advisory offering, advising a diverse portfolio of financial services clients on complex regulatory risk and compliance challenges.

You will partner closely with senior lawyers and business leaders across the firm, lead senior engagements, drive BD, mentor teams and help shape a distinctive, high-growth advisory business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years advising financial services on regulatory risk and compliance.
• Big 4 experience required.
• Proven track record in leading client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious to build something distinctive.

Responsibilities

• Advising financial services clients on regulatory risk, governance, compliance and control frameworks
• Leading complex client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Driving business development and helping grow a best-in-class advisory practice
• Collaborating with Partners and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
• Mentoring and developing high-performing teams
