Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd in London is seeking a Director of Data & AI to define and execute Hyve's enterprise data and AI strategy, turning trusted data into practical capabilities that support growth, better customer experiences and more effective decision-making. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a team of 8–10 people across Data Engineering, Analytics and AI.

You will own the data platform, semantic layer, analytics estate and AI enablement agenda, while working closely with business and technology

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in a Data & AI leadership role.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and governance.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Data & AI strategy.
• Lead a global 8–10 person Data Eng/Analytics/AI team.
• Own the data platform, semantic layer, analytics estate and AI enablement agenda.
• Rationalise reports and enable self-service across the business.
• Drive responsible AI adoption, governance and risk management.
• Partner with business and technology leadership to deliver value.
