Job summary

Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ PQE in a leading commercial/technology practice.
- Strong experience in commercial technology transactions, procurement and outsourcing.
- Interest in AI, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and client-focused skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise on technology procurement, licensing and implementation projects.
- Work on cloud services, SaaS arrangements and outsourcing deals.
- Contribute to development of complex technology contracts and strategic tech arrangements.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and develop client relationships.
