Job summary

KFC is seeking a Head of Digital & Technology Strategy, Portfolio & Governance to translate strategy into action across Product, Technology and Data. You will partner with the CDTO and lead a governance-driven portfolio with emphasis on value, risk and capacity.

You will shape planning cadences, drive investment choices and ensure disciplined execution across the technology portfolio in the UK operations. This is a high-visibility role within the Digital & Technology leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology/digital strategy, portfolio management or related
• Experience operating with senior executives and multi-year investment portfolios
• Strong background in governance, risk, benefits realisation and performance management
• Experience in consumer-facing retail, restaurants, or high-volume digital environments (preferred)
• Ability to translate strategy into enterprise priorities and actions

Responsibilities

• Turn Digital & Technology strategy into multi-year and annual plans with clear priorities
• Frame options and trade-offs for the CDTO and leadership team
• Enable leadership with focus, governance and disciplined decision-making
• Align strategy and governance with wider business priorities and execution
