Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Trust-wide Professional Lead for Dietetics. The post holder will be a strategic leader and active clinician, visible across the organisation, developing an informed workforce of Dietitians and ensuring competencies and skills meet high-quality care standards.

The role chairs the Nutrition and Hydration Group and Dietetic Leadership Group, represents Dietitians at senior management levels, and liaises with NHS England, HEIs, and

• Strategic leadership in Dietetics.
• Active clinician with ongoing practice in Dietetics.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to develop workforce competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Chair the Trust-wide Nutrition and Hydration Group.
• Chair the Trust-wide Dietetic Leadership Group.
• Represent Dietitians at senior management level in the Divisions.
• Be clinically active and the single point of contact for Dietitians to support workforce development.
• Represent CLCH Dietitians with NHS England, HEIs, BAD, ICS across London and Hertfordshire.
• Represent CLCH Dietitians with HCPC.
• Deputise for the Chief AHP as appropriate.
• Lead on clinical supervision of Dietitians ensuring clinical governance.
