Nationwide Building Society is seeking a senior leader to design and deliver customer communications that align with business priorities and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. You will lead a team of design and delivery specialists, guiding governance, risk management and continuous improvement across all communications activity.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to resolve issues, pilot new decisioning and personalisation technologies, and drive operational excellence

Competenze

• Experience designing, building, testing, validating and deploying targeted customer communications using enterprise platforms.
• Delivery of compliant, high-quality communications within regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of campaign operations, issue resolution and cross-team collaboration.
• Proven leadership to coach and motivate teams, prioritise workloads and allocate resources.
• Experience implementing data, process and system changes with minimal disruption.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across multiple teams and functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and customer outcomes.
