Job summary

Pieminister is seeking a Demand Planning professional to join our Supply Chain team, focused on short- and long-term forecasting and S&OP activities. You will be based at our Brentry site with regular trips to the Bristol Head Office, collaborating with Commercial and Marketing to align forecasts across an 18-month horizon.

Bring strong Excel skills (Power BI a plus), a proven track record in FMCG demand planning, and the ability to challenge forecasts with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record of Demand Planning (ideally in FMCG).
• Firm understanding of the S&OP process.
• Comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and own short- and long-term demand forecasts for planning.
• Provide highly detailed short-term forecast for production scheduling (updated daily).
• Prepare analysis of forecast performance for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Retail to align a single 18-month forecast.
