KP Law, a fast-growing law firm specializing in group action claims, seeks a Project Manager to drive high-impact initiatives and shape our modern claims platform. You will lead delivery squads with legal, operational and technology teams, delivering complex projects at pace while championing continuous improvement and change management.

Hybrid working with emphasis on collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance scope, timelines and budgets in a fast-moving environment.
Proven track record of improving delivery practices across squads.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery squad to define, execute and launch project deliverables.
Define scope, timelines, activities, resources and budgets.
Build and maintain clear project plans and schedules using PM tools (Monday.com).
Manage project risks, dependencies and opportunities.
Coordinate stakeholders across legal, operational and technology teams.
Track and communicate project progress and KPIs.
Deliver clear and meaningful project reporting.
Maintain accurate project documentation and repositories.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice.
Act as a champion for change across the business.
Support collaboration across multidisciplinary delivery squads
