Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Yeovil is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead Material Services contract delivery, ensuring aircraft availability and a responsive, customer-focused service.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships across Leonardo and customer organisations, drive continuous improvement, and manage performance against service levels, while supporting international travel where required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply, logistics or military environment.
• Understanding of customer organisation structures and processes.
• Knowledge of the material supply chain and Leonardo Helicopters processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Material Services contract commitments to support aircraft availability.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Engage with UK and overseas-based teams and customers, including travel as required.
• Develop relationships with senior management across customer and internal domains.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies to deliver contracted services.
• Coordinate with the wider Material Services organisation on supply requirements.
• Collaborate with IPT to align customer and operational expectations.
• Monitor performance against service levels and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
