Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Data Scientist on the Company Planning and Execution (CPE) team in London or Stockholm. You will turn data into decision-ready insights at scale, collaborating with product, analytics, and business partners to refine how Spotify plans and delivers.

You will apply statistical models and machine learning, build data models and dashboards, and develop narratives that explain the why behind the numbers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a quantitative background in science, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to turn messy datasets into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses about Spotify planning and delivery and communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Apply statistical models and ML to identify trends and improve workflows.
• Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and dashboards for planning visibility.
• Develop narratives and recommendations in Planning and Execution reports.
• Explore AI and automation to speed insights and accessibility.
