Job summary

Prosource.it is seeking a Senior Data Programme Architect to shape data initiatives by collaborating with business and technical teams across the UK, including Central Scotland, to understand requirements, opportunities and strategic objectives.

You will focus on investments over plans, developing business cases, prioritising initiatives and ensuring value delivery within complex data-driven programmes, while engaging senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping data portfolios and developing programme roadmaps.
• Experience in major data, analytics, digital or technology-enabled change programmes.
• Proven track record translating strategic objectives into prioritised initiatives and investment proposals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with executive and technical levels.
• Experience assessing business value, dependencies, risks and delivery readiness.
• Background in asset-intensive or large capital delivery environments is advantageous.
• Business Architect (Data); Senior Data or Digital Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Engaging stakeholders across the business to understand data and information management needs, opportunities and challenges
• Translating priority business initiatives into structured investment papers aligned to the wider Data Driven programme
• Assessing and prioritising initiatives based on strategic alignment, business value, operational benefits, feasibility, risks and dependencies
• Supporting programme leadership with the development of detailed initiatives for future funding and investment decisions
• Building strong relationships with senior business leaders, technical specialists and delivery teams
• Bringing clarity and structure to a complex and evolving programme landscape
