Job summary

St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a strategic Trust Data, Assessment and Insights Manager to lead data architecture, assessment and analytics across 64 schools. The role involves developing the Trust Insights Warehouse, delivering Power BI dashboards, coordinating baseline data collection, and guiding data-driven school improvement across three regions.

You will build robust governance and CPD networks while overseeing tools and contracts to support trusted

Responsibilities

Own and develop the Trust Insights Warehouse, establishing mandatory Trust-wide data standards, UK GDPR compliance, cybersecurity protocols, and seamless MIS integration across all 64 schools.
Build and maintain automated, interactive Power BI dashboards tracking our 21 Measures of Impact, early-warning pastoral indicators, attendance, and equity intelligence.
Oversee Trust-wide baseline and assessment collection cycles (including CAT4, Y7-Y9 reading tracking, FFT20 targets, and secondary mock exam series) with robust moderation protocols.
Facilitate data-led "Round Tables" and "Coaching Walks" that translate complex metrics into clear, co-constructed school improvement strategies.
Establish and lead the Trust-wide Data & Insights Professional Network, delivering high-impact CPD for non-data specialist leaders across all 3 regions.
Oversee contract evaluation, vendor management, and budget allocation for Trust-wide assessment tools and analytical platforms.
