Senploy in London is seeking a Data, Systems and Exams Manager for a high‑achieving secondary school in Ealing. You will own core data and systems, oversee timetable operations, daily cover, and the full examinations process, supporting senior leaders.

The role requires strong MIS experience (SIMS), data analysis skills, and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service. Immediate start with temp‑to‑perm potential.

Qualifications

• Strong MIS experience with SIMS essential.
• Proven background in data analysis, reporting and systems management.
• Experience managing exams within an educational setting.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead staff and manage competing deadlines.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required.
• Temp to perm arrangement.

Responsabilités

• Data & Reporting: analyse attainment and progress data; produce actionable reports; maintain SIMS/SISRA data.
• Timetable Management: develop and maintain the whole‑school timetable; produce timetables.
• Cover Coordination: lead daily cover; liaise with agencies; manage cover budget; coordinate exams.
• Exams: lead JCQ compliance and manage exams administration staff.
• Additional Duties: assist with School Census; ensure GDPR compliance; review procedures for efficiency.
