Citigroup Global Markets Limited in Belfast seeks a Data Analytics & Process Transformation Lead for Derivative Settlements Operations. You will own the end-to-end transformation, define the data-driven roadmap, and lead a team of VPs/Analysts.

Role requires extensive leadership in Global Markets, proven delivery of multi-year initiatives, and strong stakeholder engagement with Technology and Product leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership applying data analytics to transform operations.
• Deep experience in Global Markets, Derivatives, Payments or Settlements.
• Proven delivery of multi-year strategic initiatives with business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for OTC Settlements and Payments.
• Provide senior oversight of forensic reviews and translate findings into solutions.
• Direct large-scale cross-product analysis of settlement datasets and standards.
• Own the business case lifecycle for major investment proposals and secure funding.
• Ensure requirements to Technology align with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Set KPI visualization and BI capabilities with Tech and Process Eng leadership.
• Champion AI, low-code automation, and generative AI tooling adoption.
• Build and mentor a team of Product Development leaders.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across Operations, Technology, Product, Audit, Risk, Regulatory.
• Drive delivery standards and risk management; escalate issues to senior management.
