Citi Belfast seeks a Data Analytics & Process Transformation Lead (Derivatives Settlements Operations) to drive the end-to-end transformation of OTC Settlements and Payments. You will shape the data-driven strategy, manage the investment portfolio, and align Operations with Technology and Product leadership.

The role requires senior leadership, strong AI and low-code capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex programs while mentoring a team of senior professionals.

Competenze

• Extensive leadership experience applying data analytics to drive transformation.
• Experience in Global Markets Operations, Derivatives, Payments or Settlements.
• Proven record of delivering multi-year strategic initiatives with business cases.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Senior relationships with technology leadership and vendors.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and governance for enterprise deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s preferred.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-year roadmap for OTC Settlements and Payments operating model.
• Oversee forensic reviews and translate findings into scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-product analysis of settlement and payment datasets.
• Own business case lifecycle from sizing to governance buy-in.
• Ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture and platform strategy.
• Set KPI visualization and BI capability with tech and process leaders.
• Mentor and develop a team of VPs and Analysts.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across Ops, Tech, Product, Audit, Risk.
