Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead its Data & Insight function in a large-scale UK travel sector context. The role focuses on driving a data-led culture, delivering high-quality analytics, and partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Technology and Strategic Analytics.

You will build, mentor and lead a team of Performance Analysts, shape strategy with the Head of Data & Insight, and ensure resources align to business priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Power BI and SQL expertise.
• Experience with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data & Insight function and performance analytics teams.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Oversee reporting, KPI definitions, data quality and governance practices.
• Drive data-driven decision making and improve customer experience and operational performance.
