Job summary

Metrica Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data & AI Consulting Manager to lead complex multi-workstream programmes for financial services clients. You will own strategy-to-execution, shape AI roadmaps, and guide multi-disciplinary teams while influencing architecture decisions at executive levels.

Based in London, Manchester or Glasgow with hybrid working, you will drive value through AI-enabled products, data platforms and operating models across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Proven programme leadership across complex, multi-workstream data/AI initiatives.
• Delivery of AI/advanced analytics from concept to operations.
• Experience in banking, insurance or capital markets.
• Credible technical depth across data platforms and ML/Generative AI.
• Senior client leadership with a track record in consulting or commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data & AI programmes across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Shape AI strategy, investment cases, roadmaps and measurable value outcomes with executive clients.
• Own programme commercials, delivery governance, risks and benefits realisation.
• Translate business and regulatory challenges into AI products and decision platforms.
• Direct data foundations and platforms while ensuring delivery quality.
• Build and lead inclusive consulting teams and contribute to propositions and thought leadership.
