Qualifications

• Creative programme delivery from inception to completion for diverse audiences.
• Audience development and evaluation expertise.
• Safeguarding knowledge relating to education settings and vulnerable communities.
• Budget management and fundraising strategies.
• Partnership building locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
• Inclusive practice - equalities, accessibility, co-production.
• Strong ICT skills across common applications.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead major cultural programmes shaping borough-wide impact and new cultural products.
• Develop Creative Learning Strategy across Culture, Sport & Tourism.
• Drive fundraising strategy and investment across the portfolio.
• Build strategic partnerships locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
• Oversee governance essentials – SLAs, TORs, Partnership Agreements.
• Deliver legacy projects (Children’s Capital of Culture) and champion talent.
