Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is recruiting a Cost Manager in Birmingham to join the Cost Management team. You will provide core Quantity Surveying services across multiple projects for different clients, with a focus on commercial performance and value for money.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body preferred.
• Experience delivering pre- and post-contract QS services.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate/Senior Cost Manager on projects.
• Contribute to pre/post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Assist in pre-construction cost planning and estimating.
• Support post-contract financial management and reporting.
• Help maintain strong client relationships and value for money.
